Who is responsible?
The website is operated by Muslim Association of Estonia MTÜ, registry code 80621259. For privacy questions, contact us through the contact page.
Visiting the website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Technical connection data, such as IP addresses and request information, may be processed to deliver and protect the website. This site does not use advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies.
Contacting us
When you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook or email, we use the information you provide to respond and organise the requested activity. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. The external service’s own privacy terms also apply.
Donations
For bank transfers, the bank and the association process the payment details needed to identify and account for donations. Card donations are processed by Stripe; Stripe receives the donor’s name, email address, payment information and donation amount. The association receives information needed to manage donations and recurring payments, but does not receive full card numbers. Accounting records are retained as required by applicable law. Donor identities are not published on this site.
Donors’ WhatsApp group
Joining the group is optional. We use the donation information you provide to check eligibility and send an invitation. Your phone number is visible to other members in an ordinary WhatsApp group. We do not add donors automatically.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about your personal data, request corrections or deletion where applicable, or object to processing. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate at aki.ee.
